58896 Schlosser (provisional designation: 1998 JE4) is a main-belt minor planet. It was discovered at the Starkenburg Observatory in Heppenheim, Germany, on May 15, 1998. It is named after Wolfhard Schlosser, a German professor of astronomy at Ruhr University Bochum.
